Pau D'arco bark
Pau D'arco has been used for thousands of years by Brazilian Amazonian tribes. It increases red blood cells and the human immune response, which makes it useful for anaemia. It is widely used for candida, other fungal infections, and many parasitic infections.
Contents: Pau D'arco (Tabebuia heptaphylla) bark
Preparation: 1/2 to 1 tsp per cup, simmer covered 10 minutes. Sweeten as desired. Take 3 times daily.
