How do i spend Points?
As you earn and collect more points you can convert these into discounts at the checkout.

How do I join? Does it cost anything to join?
To join the Happy Herbs Co Rewards program simply sign up for a new customer account or sign in to an existing account.

How do I earn points?
There are 5 ways to earn points on the Happy Herb Co online store
1. Earn 1 Point for every $1 Spent
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at happyherbshop.com.au. Qualifying purchases include merchandise and exclude taxes, shipping charges or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time. When shopping online at happyherbco.com.au, members must be logged-in to their Happy Herb Co account at the time of purchase to receive points from their order.

3. Review a product - 20 points
4. Celebrating a Birthday - 100 points
5. Referring a Friend - $10 discount for your friend, and a $10 discount for you when they make a purchase.
How do I redeem my points?
To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on our site, then click on the "Rewards" icon in the bottom left of all pages on our website.

Next, click on All rewards.
If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.
If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.
Upon clicking the Redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
How do I check my account status?

May I share my account, rewards, benefits and points with a friend?
Accounts, program rewards, benefits, nor points may be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products and engaging with the brand may accumulate rewards, benefits and points.
What happens to my points if I return a product or an order is cancelled?
Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase. If it is found that an order is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates program Terms & Conditions, any earned points will also be reversed.
Do my rewards, benefits and points have any cash value?
Rewards, benefits and points earned through Happy Herb Co Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no property rights in any rewards, benefits and points.
