This is our special milled blend for those who like to use Mugwort. It is the perfect tobacco or cannabis replacement or can be sprinkled on your favourite herb as a beautiful burning aid. Not only will you enjoy the taste and aroma of this wonderful herb, be prepared for some lucid and vivid dreaming!

Preparation: May be smoked. Although our herbal blends are 100% natural and free from nicotine, we advise against smoking as it is harmful. Or 1-2 tsp/cup. Steep covered 10 minutes.

My Favourite Mystical Herb

Very effective, I love using to keep a regular cycle, I usually drink a few days before menstruation is due to a few days after to keep things consistent. Plus works really well to stop pain and cramps. I found Mugwort does make you dream more intensely. I felt these dreams really helped me process what was trapped in my head which lead me to the clarity I needed to overcome challenges and problems in which I felt stuck. I'll always speak highly of Mugwort, great sleeping herb to either drink or smoke. Wonderful for healing.

This is an excellent herb. The milled version comes ready to smoke, although isn't so good for tea due to the smaller parts going through the strainer.

This is one of the more effective herbs in terms of effects. It creates a mild high which is both relaxing and gives a strong sensation.

I am a person that suffer severely form anxiety to the point where the back of my head physically heats up and I cannot sleep, I now have a cup of milled mugwort tea before bed ritually every night and it makes me feel so relaxed and I use affirmations after sipping such as ( Thank you for my healing) using the law of attraction in the process, I have been using mugwort for the last year now and it has almost completely gotten rid of my anxiety- Damiana also gives me the same effect and I don’t remember even falling asleep!
