Effect(s) Effect - Relax Effect - Sleep Effect - Spirit

Mugwort aids digestion via its bitter principal and carminative essential oils. It has a mildly nervine action, easing tension and assisting with depression. It encourages the flow of blood and is a muscle and uterus relaxant and thus helpful during menstruation, but should be strictly avoided during pregnancy. Mugwort has also been used as a liver tonic for chronic conditions such as hepatitis. Inhaling the aroma of dried Mugwort under your pillow induces lucid dreaming!

I Quit Nicotine Using Mugwort

15 months ago, after smoking with nicotine, I had a mini-stroke and decided to give up tobacco there and then! I tried Mugwort as an alternative and found it not only removed the nicotine cravings, it reduced the cough which had become quite persistent from tobacco smoking for many years. I recommend Mugwort to anyone trying to quit tobacco. Plus, you get the added bonus of more vivid dreams and a cash saving - it works out to about half the price of tobacco. Thumbs up from me.

lucid dreaming

I have found this extremely useful in helping to recover my dreams and in assisting my attempts at lucid dreaming. So far I have only smoked it but plan to make a tea of it soon and see how that goes. smoking it tastes quite pleasant, similar to cannabis (also in smell, however). however, when packed too tightly it does not work, so pack your joint/bowl/cone lightly, similar to cannabis in that respect as well.
