




A native Australian rainforest tree, lemon myrtle is highly aromatic with an uplifting lemon scent, due to its high content of citral essential oil. The leaves are brewed into a tea for coughs, colds and other respiratory or sinus ailments. It can also be of use as a tea for digestive disturbances, fungal conditions, allergies as well as headaches. Preparation: Use 1-2 tsp per cup. Steep covered for 10 minutes. Drink as needed.
