Kola nuts are the seeds from an African tree, with strong stimulating properties upon the central nervous system, as well as mild mood-enhancing effects. Kola is high in caffeine, with trace amounts of the late- onset stimulant alkaloid theobromine. Kola was traditionally used by tribesmen on hunting trips, due to its stamina enhancing effects.
Contents: Kola Nut (cola vera) dried herb powdered.
Preparation: 1-2 tsp/cup. Simmer covered 10
minutes. Add milk and honey to taste. Ass to soda to flavour it.
