Brahmi and Ginkgo are herbs that have been traditionally used to improve concentration, memory and focus and reduce the effects of ageing on the brain. Tulsi is considered a sacred plant in Ayurvedic medicine and is used to induce a calm yet focused mental state. A small amount of green tea provides gentle stimulation and alertness.
Ingredients: Tulsi, gingko, brahmi, green tea, vanilla, stevia, cornflower petals.
Preparation: Brew the tea by steeping 1 heaped
teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 3-5 mins. Sweeten if desired.
