Jiaogulan (Gynostemma) - Gynostemma pentaphylum Documented to be an Adaptogen; high cholesterol, high blood pressure, improving heart function, immunity, increasing stamina and endurance, improving memory, hair loss, and increased longevity.

Ingredients: Spagyric of Jiaogulan.

Contains alcohol: Triple filtered spirit for extraction and preservation.

Minimum Suggested Use: (Each bottle contains one months supply if taken at the adult suggested quantity)

Age 0-3 = 1 drop

Age 3-5 = 2 drops

Age 5-8 = 3 drops

Age 8-12 = 4 drops

Adults 5 drops

Can be taken up to 3 times a day. Some formulas indicate up to 10 drops once per day (indicated on the label)
