Contents: Yerba Mate (IIex paraguariensis) water soluble extract (not from concentrate).
Preparation: Hot: 1-2 tsp into cup, fill 1/3 of cup with hot (not boiling) water and stir until dissolved. Fill remainder of cup with hot water or milk for a mate latte.
Cold: 1-2 tsp in a blender with 250ml of filtered water or cold milk, some ice cubes if you want it cooler, and blend for 15 seconds. Enjoy!
