White Willow Bark Tea
Justly famous as the original source of salicylic acid (the precursor of aspirin), white willow and several closely related species have been used for thousands of years to relieve joint pain and manage fevers. Used for conditions that cause pain, inflammation, or fever.
White Willow Bark Powder
Preparation: 2 grams (1 teaspoon) per serve. Add 1 teaspoon of powder per cup. Mix into a paste with honey and add hot water.
