Relaxing

I like this one! I found this one pretty nice and calming, like it going through your body and slowing everything down a bit and holding down your shoulders from tension. I put about three flowers in some water and steeped in for about 25 minutes for a tea. It does have a slight bitter taste but the effects it gives is totally worth it. Definitely looking forward to finish the packet and to continue to keep this one rotating in my herbal collection :)

Soothing

Very similar to blue lily, although I use this as an afternoon tea to relax and untangle my mind after a busy day - very relaxing and soothing!
