

This tea is a tasty blend of herbs that have a high mineral content, including iron, manganese, silica, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc. Many of the herbs in this tea have traditionally been used by herbalists at times when the body needs an increased level of minerals, such as pregnancy, breast-feeding, menopause, old-age, chronic illness and convalescence.
Nettle, horsetail, red clover, alfalfa, oatstraw, licorice, cinnamon, fennel seed and chrysanthemum.
Preparation: The herbs must be boiled then covered for 10mins in order to extract their mineral content. Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup of water. Drink freely.
