


The flowers known as feverfew were traditionally used to reduce fever. This small white flower has also been known to help in the treatment of menstrual irregularities, skin conditions and stomach aches and also asthma.

Preparation: 2 grams (1 teaspoon) per serve. Brew in a pot for 10 mins and sweeten.
