Muira Puama is a small South American tree that grows in the Amazonian basin, traditionally used by the indigenous peoples for increasing male libido and combating baldness, as well as assisting with impotence and even memory loss.

Preparation: 2 grams (1 teaspoon) per serve. Simmer gently for 20 mins then brew for ten mins, strain and pour.
