Tulsi, also called Holy Basil, has long been a highly revered herb in India where it is known as the 'elixir of life'. It is an adaptogen and often touted as an antiaging herb. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties and has traditionally been used for used for sharpening the mind, indigestion, diarrhoea, coughs, colds, fevers, headaches, rheumatism, arthritis, low libido, bronchitis, skin diseases as well as detoxification from cannabis. It has mood enhancing properties and makes a delicious everyday tea.

Preparation: Steep 1 tsp/cup for 5-10 minutes. Drink 2-3 times daily.
